A) Payment's Terms_____________________ -All Payment must made before the date stated on this page. -The organizer DO NOT accept cheque deposit, only cash deposit/bank transfer is accepted. -Priority seat is given to paid participant who reserved the event. -The payment is non-refundable after the payment have transfer to the organizer. -The payment reserved for the event is non-transferable to any event in the future. -The organizers will not refund the payment if the participant failed to attend the event. -Refund will be made only when the organizer cancel the event due to any unpredictable emergencies. -Do not sent any payment to "fake-organizer" that claim themselves as an organizer. If you do not receive any information & location from organizer, please contact the organizers(CHEY WAN KHEE or KAYE CHOW). -Participant is not allow to bring any other non-paid participants to the event. -Participant should find its own shooting zone without disturbing other participants. -All the photos taken during the photo shoot event is only for personal hobby or portfolio and not for any media/commercial publishing. C) Respect our Models, Participants & Organizers._____________ -Physical/body contact with the models is not allow in the event. Organizer will help if needed. -Participants should direct the model's poses with proper manner. -Model have the rights to decline any unpleasant poses from participants for her own safety/rights. -The organizer only have the rights to direct the models to any location. -Please do not try to annoy other participants before/while the photo shoot event have started. -Please concern and care each other to co-operate as a team mate. -Please follow organizer's directions and decisions for the event. -The organizer has the right to change the date, time or postpone the event if there is any unpredictable emergencies. -The organizer reserved the right to dismiss the participant from the event if the participant failed to follow the Terms & Conditions. -The organizer reserved the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without any prior notices. D) Safety First.____________________ -Please stay in a group for safety purpose. -Please concern the model's safety in the event. -Please prepare any first aid equipment if needed.
